Change php behaviour with php.ini at FastDomain Hosting

Ive add new addon domain in my FastDomain Account . This domain need special setting like :max uploadsafe modemaximum execution timeI dont try ini_set and I prefer to use php.ini for change php behaviour for newly added addon domain.By default FastDomain will add php.ini file in each directory.
